The Home Heat Helpline is involved in Big Energy Week which is being coordinated by Citizens Advice Bureau, and will run all this week from Monday 16 January to Saturday 21 January.
Throughout Big Energy Week there will be events around the country where people can get practical advice on how they could spend less on heating this winter by doing things like getting their home insulated.
Home Heat Helpline advisers will be at some of these events to provide advice on the help available.
