In last month’s newsletter I wrote about the impact of the coldest start to the new year in decades with record numbers of people turning to the Home Heat Helpline for help and advice on how they heat their homes. We witnessed a cold start to spring, particularly in the North and Scotland. This meant that demand for the Home Heat Helpline continued to be high.
In this March edition of our newsletter, Tony Herbert from Citizens Advice writes about increasing enquiries from people worried about paying their bills and how the Home Heat Helpline can help. Elsewhere, we report on our recent advertising campaign across regional newspapers and look back at our pop-up living room that caused a stir in shopping centres across the country.
